“Occupational Safety First” is the guiding motto for As Teknolojik İnşaat in accordance with the requirements of the Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety.  The company displays a proactive approach to occupational health and safety, identifies risks in advance and carries out preventive activities for continuous development purposes to ensure that “As Teknolojik İnşaat staff” always work in a happy, healthy and safe work environment. To this end, we commit ourselves to: 

• Take all measures as required by the OHS legislation in force and other relevant OHS requirements, have vehicles, tools and personal protective equipment available at all times and use when necessary in all work places to secure a healthy and safe work environment for all staff, visitors and office personnel working outside worksites,
• Identify the risks that may cause a work accident or an occupational disease at work and provide relevant conditions for staff at all levels to offer a healthy and safe work environment in which social well-being is also important and decrease any material and moral losses,
• Carry out a risk assessment to identify and eliminate any unsafe situations and actions that could lead to a workplace accident or an occupational disease at the workplace or its annexes, plan continuous improvement activities in order to decrease work accidents, occupational diseases and health deterioration, to monitor practices and performance in line with the planned objectives,
• Train staff on occupational health and safety and ensure that they acquire a good sense of occupational health and safety,
• Ensure that all staff in the workplace abide by the occupational health and safety rules as set by the As Teknolojik OHS team,
• Make projections about possible cases that could be encountered in the future, concentrate on continuous development reviewing current status at work at all times and taking into account developments in the industrialized world,
• Make As Teknolojik İnşaat a role model in occupational health and safety issues,
• Ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System established and conducted as the company’s OHS policy.
